Sports Yoga aims to help clients improve functional mobility. This can be integrated as part of any individuals training program to improve overall performance.

In order to train and move efficiently it is important that we explore an individual’s active and usable motion in this process connective tissue around our joints is enhanced and neurological control of such tissues improved. These factors have been well proven to help improve joint health, prevent injury and enhance performance.

If you are new to our clinic and looking to begin one of our classes we can start your journey with a 1:1 assessment with one of our Chartered Physiotherapists. This will enable us to establish your current needs and as a result help us place you into an appropriate class.
